Function & duties:
(III). ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: - Attending the routine affairs of the officeadministration and also the jobs assigned to him by the authority from time to time.
(IV). ASSISTANT CONTROLLER (F&A):- Drawing and disbursing officer for the Institution. Looking after the matters pertaining to CAG /PAC, audit, Budget and purchases.

(VII). MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT (KAMLA NEHRU
STATE HOSPITAL FOR MOTHER & CHILD):- To carry
out normal administrative affairs of the Hospital
(i) PROFESSORS, ASSOC. PROFESSOR & ASSTT.
(ii) HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR: - To Assist the Sr. Medical Supdt./ Dy. Medical Supdt., IGH, in carrying out the jobs assigned to him.
(iii) SUPERINTENDENT (Gr.-I):- The jobs of the Supdt. Gr.-I is to supervise the concerned branch & the officials working in the branch.
(iv) SUPERINTENDENT (Gr.-II):- To assist the Gr.-I Supdt. as above.
(v) MINISTERIAL STAFF:- To carry out the files, purchases, stores, acctts, and other assigned work to them by their superiors from time to time.
(vi) PARAMEDICAL STAFF:- Includes Nursing personnel, Sr. Lab. Tech., OTAs , Lab. Asstt. etc are performing their duties in wards, laboratories and OTs whose services & duties are entirely related to Hospital and patients.
(vii) CLASS-IV- OFFICIALS:- They are deployed in various offices & wards of Hospitals of this Institute to carry out the work as per requirement.
|The procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervisions and accountability
|Ans: The decision are followed as per normal official procedures of the state Govt. keeping in view of the subject matter in question, through the channels adopted by distributing the subjects i.e. nature of cases being looked after by the supervisors, viz. Joint Director(Admn),Admn Officer, Asstt. Controller(F&A) and various SOs, which further includes the office of Sr. Medical Supdt./Dy. Medical Supdt., Indira Gandhi Hospital and Kamla Nehru State Hospital for Mother & Child, so as to compile the information by this office before submitting it to the Govt. Moreover, the academic decisions are taken by the Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences. Other decisions relating to disciplinary committee, College Council, Ethics Committee, Rogi Kalyan Samiti, HAC etc & the accountability through the provisions laid down by the State Govt. are also discharged by the Principal simultaneously.

|Ans: The Set rules under FR & SR, including standing instructions issued by the state Govt. are followed strictly on the pattern of other departments under State Govt.

|Ans: Such matters are taken up by the DME, A.D. from time to time under intimation to sub officers. However, this Institution has constituted a sexual harassment complaint committee which functions under the control of lady of the rank of Professor of this Institution for redressal of grievances of women employee.
